Satwik Dash
Ambassador for India

Signing up for the DAV MUN v1.0 was one of the best decisions that I
took in 2013. Those 3 days in the Disarmament and International
Security Committee, just worked a sort of a magic on me. I, to be
honest, had never been so inspired in my life. Over a span of 3 years,
I have attended 14 MUNs, most of them as a member of the Executive
Board. I’ve met people from all around the globe who share the passion
to change the world and it won’t be an exaggeration to say that, it is
us, the delegates, who will change the world someday. I believe in the power of MUNs, and the knowledge they impart to people, about the institutions that maintain military and economic security in the world. I am an avid traveller, and the MUNs have also fuelled this passion of mine, allowing me to travel to Russia and Germany in 2015. I share a deep obsession to understand the world’s cultures and now I can say, what can be better than MUNs? Looking forward to meet potential world-changers at the UnisaMUN 2016 Conference.
